Feasibility of International Trade 

Starting March 19th, 2026

The World Trade Centre and Food and Beverage have teamed up to bring you FITT. The Forum for International Trade Training (FITT) is dedicated to providing international business training, resources and professional certification to individuals and businesses.

They offer the only international business training programs and related professional designation (CITP®|FIBP®) endorsed by the Canadian government and their international business training solutions have become the standard of excellence for global trade professionals across Canada and around the world.

FITTskills for Manitoba Powered by World Trade Centre Winnipeg, is a strategic collaboration in strengthening Manitoba’s trade capacity and equipping professionals and organizations with the skills and knowledge needed to grow and thrive in a global market.

Overview

Sessions are offered virtually; 4 online sessions at 4 hours each. Curriculum is lead in real time by an experience instructor, you will be provided an e-book and the online evaluation is administered by FITT.

In this Feasibility of International Trade course, you will learn:

  • To determine whether new business opportunities are viable, and if the potential benefits outweigh the risks and costs.
  • The critical steps and decisions needed to determine the feasibility of potential international trade initiatives.
  • Help ensure success in new markets by conduct market research, analysis of your organizational trade readiness, and cost and pricing analysis.
  • Risk analysis that leads to the development of strategies to mitigate identified risks.
