About our Presenter: Tanguy Etoga didn’t set out to build just another tech company — he set out to change the way the food industry protects people. Early in his career, buried deep in the daily grind of food safety compliance and operations, he hit a wall. Mountains of audits, supplier headaches, and endless checklists made him question whether he could—and should—keep going.

In that moment of overwhelm, he realized something that redirected his whole life: food safety isn’t a box to tick, it’s a responsibility to people whose lives depend on what ends up on their plates. That shift in mindset was pivotal. Tanguy committed to something bigger — making food safety simple, proactive, and deeply human. 

That drive led him to found NORMEX, a software platform that takes food-safety and quality management out of binders and spreadsheets and puts it where it belongs: in real-time, easily actionable workflows that protect consumers and empower teams.
