DESCRIPTION:This 1-day course is to provide manufacturers with an in-depth and practical understanding of Vulnerability Assessment for Food Fraud tools and techniques\, and how they can be applied in a practical manner relevant to the delegate's industry sector.\nWho should take:The course is aimed at purchasing\, technical and manufacturing staff from sites currently certificated to BRCGS Standard for Food Safety\, who need to become familiar with the principles and practices of Vulnerability Assessment techniques.\nCourse Pre-Requisites:Delegates should have read and reviewed the latest version of the Global Standard for Food Safety. This is available to download free of charge from the BRCGS Bookshop (www.brcgsbookshop.com)\, or hard copies (with integral guide) are available to purchase from the BRCGS bookshop. They should bring a copy with them to the training course.\nAssessment:There is an after-class assignment for this course.   Participants will receive a certificate from BRCGS   either a certificate of participation (if they don't do the assignment) or successful completion (if they do the assignment and pass it). \nDeadline for registration is minimum of two (2) weeks prior to course date as time is required to set up each attendee in the BRC system   BRCGS Educate which provides certificates and/or any exams/exercises that may be required.\nPartner:
