Skills Training Across Canada is a new "FREE" national online learning program to advance workforce development. An all-in-one solution to "upskill" your talent pool that is looking to become Supervisors or already an experienced Supervisor, without impact to production time. This offering is at "no cost and FPSC supplies the tools and perks to improve your workforce. This program is open to Food and Beverage Manufacturers and Food Related Associations to name a few. Training is available for up to 20 Participants per company. Here is snapshot of part of the agenda included:

Digital Credentials; Free Chromebooks( while quantities last); Coaching; Diversity, Equity and Inclusion courses that include Social Emotional Learning, Food Safety and Leadership for Supervisors. Upon Graduation, you will receive a $200.00 completion bonus with a Swag graduation package! How to get started:

As an Employer, you sign up and invite your employees to participate. Once they have registered, welcome packages are shipped along with Chromebooks ( if asked for).
