Dr. Howatt co-created the Psychologically Safe Workplace Awards and the WSPS Mental Harm Prevention Road Map. Formerly Chief of Research for Workforce Productivity at CBOC and Chief of R&D at LifeWorks, he has led impactful research on mental health in the workplace, in partnership with CSA, MHCC, and The Globe & Mail.
