"From Training to Transformation: The Supervisor’s Perspective on Skills Training Across Canada"

Date: Thursday, November 21st, 2024 1:00-2:00 PM EST

The voices of Canada's food and beverage manufacturing industry have been heard. Food Processing Skills Canada’s flagship training program —Skills Training Across Canada (STAC)—has gathered valuable insights from 1,500 supervisor and aspiring supervisor program participants at more than 150 food and beverage manufacturing companies across Canada.

This webinar with Celine Pinsent, Partner, DPM Research, will dive into key findings that Food Processing Skills Canada heard from participants with respect to workforce training priorities, training delivery models, and employee job satisfaction. Celine will also explore elements of the STAC program that worked and didn’t work and share how food and beverage manufacturers can make simple changes to support employee skills training and team building that also drive significant business benefits.

Join us as Celine guides us through the survey results, offering practical takeaways for senior managers, HR practitioners, educators, and training professionals. This session promises actionable insights for your workforce and workplace culture.
