Laura Fair is a workplace accessibility and neurodiversity consultant with 10+ years of experience in recruiting, coaching, training, and HR consulting across Canada and internationally. She helps organizations—especially in the food and beverage sector—build inclusive environments that attract, support, and retain diverse talent. She holds a BBA in Employment Relations from Acadia University and an MSc in Business and Coaching Psychology from Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh, UK. A trauma-informed ADHD Specialist Coach, Laura also volunteers as a sprint kayaking coach with Special Olympics athletes, extending her passion for inclusion beyond the workplace.
