Skills Training Across Canada is a new "FREE" national online learning program to advance workforce development. This program is for your Front Line Workers and New Hires. An all-in-one solution to "upskill" your talent pool without impact to production time. This offering is at "no cost and FPSC supplies the tools and perks to improve your workforce. This program is open to Food and Beverage Manufacturers and Food Related Associations and up to 20 Participants per Facility.

With the anticipated launch on National Skills for Success Day (September 19, 2024), we encourage you to pre-register for Skills Training Across Canada for Frontline Workers today!

Digital Credentials; Free Chromebooks( while quantities last); 22 Online learning courses; Food Safety Courses; Social and Emotional learning; Coaching; Onboarding Packages; 9 electives in 5 different languages; Completion Bonuses; Swag and Graduation packages and Employer/Employee Dashboards, This course is valued at $15000.per employee, all at no cost to you. 

As an Employer, you sign up and invite your employees to participate. Once they have registered, welcome packages are shipped along with Chromebooks ( if asked for).
